United Christian Youth Camp

This camp is a non-denominational Christian camp affiliated with a number of Independent Christian Churches throughout Arizona and Nevada. Our purpose as a ministry is to glorify the name of Jesus Christ, so that those to whom we minister see Him through our words and deeds. We reserve the right to qualify prospective users based upon our purpose.

With this in mind, UCYC presents a clear presentation of the Gospel as commanded by Jesus Christ. Students and adults will be challenged to make decisions to give their life to Christ. Those who have a relationship with Jesus that is struggling will be challenged to renew their commitment. We will also ask students to surrender their lives to God's call for full-time ministry. These decisions are presented to the students and adults, but seldom are they harvested in the corporate setting.

Typically the stage is set for decisions and then everyone is dismissed to church groups to discuss and explain what is next for each person.The best people to talk through decisions for the Lord are the adults leading each group. The follow-up is better, the students have built-in accountability, and the church can pursue the best way to help these students

Because we believe that Salvation in the New Testament as practiced by the Apostles included Baptism, we will make our pools available for baptisms if you choose to use them. Parents are welcome to attend events such as baptisms or other significant decisions. However, if your practice is a class or further Bible study then feel free to do what is best for your church ministry.
