Dining Staff

Position Summary

The Dining Staff position will organize and serve buffet style meals for campers, guests, and employees.

This position is connected to the faith and mission of the camp and moves forward the mission and vision of UCYC.

Responsibilities

  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures marking the date on them
  • Rotate stock items as per established procedures
  • Coordinate food preparation with other dining staff
  • Properly use dishwasher to clean dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, etc
  • Maintain UCYC’s safety and sanitation standards
  • Support vision and direction of UCYC
  • Uphold UCYC Core Values

    • Smart
  • Other duties as assigned

Status: Non-exempt Part Time
Camp: Pines Springs
